    Restocking the trucks

    1. Log in to Viewpoint if you haven't already
    2. Open the User Database folder, and click Programs
    3. Double Click the IN Restock From Location program
      1. Make sure you are starting with the first truck (V-0500A)
      2. Click “Create IN Transfer Batch” and hit “Close” on the next screen
        1. Use the arrow buttons in the top right corner to go through all the trucks creating an IN Transfer Batch for each one.
          1. RestockLoc is the truck you are restocking
          2. PullFromLoc is the warehouse you want to pull the materials from, typically the WW Main Warehouse
          3. Physical Loc Code can be left alone
      3. Click “View your open picklists”, then click “Print” (select the nearest printer)
      4. Close IN Restock From Location
      5. Use the picklists you printed to Gather all the items from the shop for every truck, checking them off as you go
      6. Place all the items for each truck in the box labeled for that truck
      7. If no box is labeled for the truck you are restocking, grab an empty box off of B15 in the shop
      8. Set the boxes with the parts on the truck restock shelf (B14)
      9. If we are out of any one item in the shop, mark it down on the printed picklist
      10. Return to the computer
    4. Reopen Viewpoint if necessary
    5. Open the Inventory folder, and click Programs
    6. Double Click the IN Transfer Entry program
      1. Select the first batch and hit OK
      2. Make any necessary corrections (deleting items we had none of, Linear feet changing, etc.)
      3. Physically pick the items using this guide Pulling items from a list make sure the box/boxes have the JOB NAME and TRAILER NUMBER that the restock belongs to written in permanent marker, largely and noticeably!
    7. Once the items are picked, the sheet is edited, and the items are in the “Requisitions” bay by the roll up door, come back to the time room and open your transfer batch
      1. Make the necessary corrections to the batch
      2. Click “File, Process Batch, and then Validate, and Post” –this will update the WW Main Warehouse of the items that were pulled as well as the Mobile Warehouse that was restocked
