    Processing Returns

    In this task you will learn how to Process Returns

    1. First you sort all of the returned items into two basic categories Tools & Material
    2. Second you notify the “Equipment Manager” of all the tools that need to be returned and proceed to Material returns.
      1. Equipment Manager - Follow the steps outlined in the guide Returning Tools to the Warehouse
    3. Third process the materials returns - Follow the steps outlined in the guide Returning Materials to the warehouse
